Serving Intelligence, Defense, and Law
Enforcement
What is at stake could not be simpler or more vital to national security.
People can’t do their jobs if they can’t communicate
– quickly, easily, reliably and securely. Email gets hacked.
Not everyone is accessible on a private network (or the same
private network). And PC-resident solutions can be cumbersome to
use and vulnerable to physical theft. Now Privacy
Data
Systems gives agency professionals an effective solution they’ll actually
like to use - SenditCertified™. It’s state-of-the-art
cyber security an agency or external partner can set up and start
using within minutes after contacting us. The patent-pending
ePackage combines a message (written or spoken) plus attached files
into an ultra secure electronic envelope that is compliant with
privacy standards. The technology is web-based, requires no
installation, and integrates easily into your existing workflow and
websites. An ePackage never travels the vulnerable server-to-server
path of traditional email and never leaves the control of this
fully-certified communication platform. ePackages are stored in a
secure server at a physically and technically secure data center
awaiting only the intended recipient to take delivery. In order to
comply with new and ever increasing privacy standards it is
essential for Government agencies and departments to have secure
communications solutions.
Biometric Authentication
Prior to SenditCertified, web-enabled fingerprint authentication was impossible.
The software required to authenticate a user needed to be on the user's computer
- an obvious security flaw. SenditCertified's fingerprint authentication is
totally web-based, so authentication is done remotely over an encrypted link.
The user simply needs either a USB-attached or a built-in fingerprint scanner
(available on many laptop computers). Other strong authentication measures are
also supported - including digital certificate and access code - either alone
or in any combination, with or without biometric confirmation.
