  • Notification occurs with an email alert and optionally with an SMS text alert on their cell phone
    • At the choice of the sender
  • They can follow a provided link to the web delivery process

  • It's all very easy
Answer-
As an ultra secure, simple-to-use communication system, three things set it apart from other communication systems like email, overnight package and courier services and so-called certified message systems and services:
  • Its patent-pending ePackage™
  • Its fully-certified communication platform
  • Its global fingerprint (biometric) authentication
Plus much more (See What are the key features and functions?)
Answer-
As an ultra secure, simple-to-use communication system, three things set it apart from other communication systems like email, overnight package and courier services and so-called certified message systems and services:
  1. Its patent-pending ePackage™
    • Combines confidential messages and files into an electronic envelope
    • Contains written (textual) and audio (spoken) messages and attached files of virtually any size
    • Is delivered only to your named recipients, never leaves the control of our high-security system, and is managed and monitored 24/7
  2. Its fully-certified communication platform
    • The first-ever, web-hosted solution to combine encrypted transmission and storage, a private web pathway, plus indisputable (fingerprint) identity verification; which collectively make it "fully certified"
    • Meets or exceeds all major compliance mandates (e.g., PAA/PHI/SOX/GLBA)
    • Designed from the ground up for privacy and confidentiality
    • VeriSign 256 bit encrypted transmission and triple encryption used when stored on our secure servers at our high-security facility
    • And, it's simple, all the high-tech security is web-hosted and hidden under the hood, so you can have one-click access, a simple 1,2,3 ePackage send process and no installation
  3. Its fingerprint (biometric) authentication
    • From anywhere in the world
    • Biometric identity verification is indisputable
    • Tiered ID verification options via Registration, esignatures, paswords and fingerprint scans - Verifies ID of both senders and recipients
    • Future biometrics include voice, iris and facial scans
Plus much more (See - What are the key features and functions?)
Answer-
SenditCertified is the first-ever, fully-certified communication platform. Why? Because our ePackage travels from sender to recipient via a web-hosted platform that fully addresses the 4 pillars of certification; encrypted transmission, encrypted storage, a private web pathway (direct sender-to-server-to-recipient) and indisputable (fingerprint) identity verification, plus it's simple to use. See the Security tab on our homepage.
  • Transmission – VeriSign 256 bit encryption of ePackage contents; messages and files
  • Storage – triple encryption of messages and files in our data vault, (called My Vault) where you can store, backup and manage files, and it's all hosted at our high-security facility
  • Path – private, direct sender-to-server-to-recipient (upload/download) pathway, no store-and-forward* issues (explained below) like standard email systems
  • Identity Verification – global fingerprint (biometric) authentication option indisputably answers the question, "is that really you?"
  • Fingerprint authentication is an option, therefore, you can use the system without it. In those cases you can use other tiered methods to insure identity through registration, electronic signatures, and passwords
  • Biometric verification defined - any means by which a person can be uniquely identified by evaluating one or more distinguishing biological traits
  • Background - 50 million fingerprint scanners are installed today on Dell and Innovo laptops, plus are available from us for under $30.00
  • Ease of use – All this technology without the complexity, we make security simple
  • Background - These points (pillars) become a checklist of sorts that all other systems can be compared to SenditCertified and no one today can match
*Store-and-forward means messages can go "sender-to-server-to-server(s)-to-recipient". This server to server(s) path is at the heart of the duplication and vulnerabilities of emails at each stop that make messages and files so vulnerable to hackers and identity thieves in standard email (webmail and email client systems). SenditCertified's one-stop path is the more direct and far safer "sender-to-server-to-recipient" (upload and download) path and is a huge advantage to our secure system. This also makes us a "private network" as well because we don't go through public servers.
Answer-

  • We're GREEN - allows you to become more environmentally friendly; no delivery trucks, gas, paper or pollution
  • No installation required, all web-based (some easy-of-access features offer local installation)
  • Avoids the vulnerable store-and-forward architecture of standard email (Hotmail, Gmail, Outlook, …)
  • Safely store, manage and backup sensitive data in your private "Vault" from anywhere in the world
  • Communicate with confidence
  • Avoid having your information fall into the wrong hands
  • Shows your clients and associates that you care about the privacy of their information
  • Privacy in a not-so-private world, send an ePackage, sleep at night!

Answer-
There are 3 simple steps to implementing our global fingerprint features to provide 100% certainty of sender and recipient identities, worldwide. 1) Obtain a fingerprint scanner and 2) Activate it and 3) Register (enroll) your fingerprint. Activation and registration take one minute each.
  • First, there are more than 50,000,000 scanners built into laptops today and millions more in USB and keyboard units. So, you may already own one or can buy one for $50-$90 at www.DigitialPersona.com or can add one to your new laptop when ordering from Dell or Lenovo for under $25.00. Or, you can get one from us for under $30.
  • Second, with scanner in hand, you only need to run our one-minute installation procedure from our website
  • Then, select a finger and enroll your fingerprint in another one minute process. This 3rd step can be done after you open an account from the My Account tab
  • Internet Explorer Only
Answer-
No, this biometric feature is an option. There is tiered identity verification option via registration, esignatures, passwords and fingerprint scans. Choose the one most appropriate for your situation. Biometric verification defined - any means by which a person can be uniquely identified by evaluating one or more distinguishing biological traits. Keep in mind that we do not store your fingerprint image. We convert it into a numeric identifier and use it in that format only. We currently use fingerprint scans (because of their precision), but others are planned; including voice, iris and facial scans.

Answer-
There are many situations when you should use SenditCertified. Here are some of them:
  • When you need to be compliant with certain mandates (e.g., HIPAA)
  • When you want to avoid hackers, identity thieves, phishing, spamming and others trying to spread malware
  • When you don't want your private information falling into the wrongs hands
  • When you need certainty that your confidential ePackage is received by, and only by, the person(s) you intended
  • When you need proof of delivery and content, and proof the recipient accessed your message and files
  • When you want to save money and time over using courier and overnight package services
  • When you need to securely send vary large files
  • When you want to show the recipient that you consider communicating with them is very important
  • When you want to backup your most sensitive data
Answer-
  • Sending important messages and files using standard email is "dangerous". What really happens when you hit the "send" button on your webmail or email client system?
    • Emails don't just go from sender to receiver; they travel through dozens of transitional computers and servers, where they're copied and stored, leaving a vulnerable paper trail exposed to hackers and identity thieves. Have you seen our video on the homepage? It tells the dangerous story.
  • Have you ever suspected that someone other than your intended recipient has been reading your emails? Would that be a problem, be risky or even dangerous to you?
  • Are you uncomfortable sending important, confidential, high-value messages and files across the country and around the world when you must be certain that only the intended recipient receives them?
  • Have you been lulled into a "false sense of security" about the privacy, security and the proof of delivery/content being provided by your current email system?
  • When security and confidentiality really matter, are you reluctant to send email via the very public and very vulnerable webmail and email client infrastructures (e.g., webmail - Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo! Mail and AOL, and email clients - MS Outlook, Mozilla's Thunderbird, Eudora and Apple’s Mail)?
  • Do you need reliable evidence to prove that the intended recipient actually received and reviewed your message and attachment (a.k.a. proof of delivery)? Or that they modified it and said it was what you sent them (a.k.a. proof of content)?
  • When you receive a standard verification receipt for your current email system, do you need to be certain that the recipient is the person he or she claims to be, and not someone that simply knows the user ID and password of your recipient? Or, the reverse of this when you are a recipient and do you want to be absolutely certain the sender is who they say they are?
  • Have you ever wanted to recall (call back) an important email after you clicked "send" but before the recipient read it? And, be certain they haven't seen it yet?
  • Do you get frustrated because your email system, or your recipient's, cannot handle very large files?
  • Do you send very large attachments and then have to wait to see if it goes through both your email system and theirs? Is that delay and uncertainty an issue?

Our Logo - Our circular logo depicts a globe and our worldwide reach. The circular lines within depicts the many networks that make up the Internet. The two white areas on the right and left are the tips of two fingerprints coming together to provide disputable identity authentication. And the orange color depicts the certainty of being fully certified.

Our Tagline – "Ultra Secure Communications Made Simple" is a restatement of our company vision, "to provide an ultra secure communication system and make it simple to use". It's also what our early users and industry experts continually tell us, so we had to incorporate this recurring theme it into our tagline.
